ALT 94.3 & QX104 have an incredible and rare opportunity to join our team as a full-time Music Director and on-air personality for ALT 94.3, as well as lending a voice to QX104. We’re searching for a radio-loving team player who loves Alternative and Country music and who’s ready to help us push our brands forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Host a daily live/voice-tracked show, as well as write, produce, and deliver audience-focused content for on-air and online.
• Assist with ALT 94.3 day-to-day operations and coordinate with Promotions and Sales.
• Daily scheduling, reconciling and editing of ALT 94.3 music logs.
• Engage with listeners on-air, online, and at station events/remotes.
• Provide backup coverage on QX104 when needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years on-air experience.
• Previous programming experience and expertise with Music Master.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Alternative music format.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel in a fast-paced creative environment, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic and outgoing personality
